The pass-through tunnel in SM Mlekpol ZPM Zambrów consists of, among others, a modular casing, blowing fans, a conveyor belt and a system for loading and unloading the product.
Due to the fact that the tunnel is enclosed on all sides, inspection windows are used in the casing which, among other things, facilitate the possibility of observing the product in the tunnel and provide access in the event of potential product blockage. The outer casing is made of high-quality stainless steel resistant to moisture and other adverse external conditions.
The tunnel is designed individually for each customer, so that it is perfectly adapted to the room in which it is installed. The great advantage of this type of tunnel is the simple and uncomplicated process of transporting the product, unlike spiral tunnels and tunnels for cooling the product on pallets. This is due to the product's light weight and one-way transport.
The tunnel uses an automatic loading and unloading system that significantly reduces the amount of time required to operate it.
