On 28-30 September 2021, the Polish Cheese Congress organised by BikoTECH took place in Mrągowo. During the Congress, prizes were awarded in competitions: Tastes for Children 2021, Good Cheese 2021 and Eco-investor in the Food Industry. Our company JS.COOLING became the main sponsor of this event, where the regional host was MLEKPOL Cooperative Dairy.
On the first day of the Polish Cheese Congress, we gave a presentation: Energy efficient solutions in ammonia refrigeration for the cheese industry – Jakub Sykuła.
